1. 1. Goods / Parcel may be booked by means of paid/To-pay basis and delivery at out branch office only in the destination.
2. 2.On requisition of Door delivery may be done with extra charges. Transportation of parcels on the same day is subject to availability of vehicle & none on holidays.
3. 3.Goods meant for transport should comply all Government rules and should provide all the necessary documents like Delivery Note/Self Declaration/E-Way bill etc., for the materials booked.
4. 4.Any issues with the Tax/Government Authorities shall be the responsibility of Consignor/Consignee.
5. 5.Contraband articles are not permitted to be carried in the vehicle. If booked without our knowledge the luggage owner/their agents have to bear the sole responsibility on check up by authorized officials for such goods.
6. 6.All goods valued above Rs.500/- are to be insured by the consignor before booking, otherwise goods are to be carried at Consignor's risk.
7. 7.No claim will be settled above Rs.500/- per LR in case of any damage/loss in transit.
8. 8.In case the parcels are lost or damaged due to improper packing in transit, theft, whether conditions, strikes, riots, disturbances, fire explosion or accidents the Company will not be held liable through every care shall be taken by the Company for safe transportation of the Parcel & in time.
9. 9.The Company shall not be held responsible (at Owner's risk) for any breakage/damage happened to any fragile items booked while loading/unloading in transit.
10. 10.Consignee shall collect their parcels by producing the LR copy / appropriate identity proof within 24 hours of its arrival to its destinations and Company is not responsible for damages to any Parcels that are not collected within this time limit as the storage facility is very limited. Ay enquiry regarding the parcel shall be made within 7 days from the date of booking of parcel in writing.
